Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order as part of limited first releases.
Pre-order items will dispatch within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship together once all items are available.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once your order has been confirmed. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs and delivery options will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your River Reverie purchase.
If you change your mind or need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In original condition

With all tags attached
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn or washed items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you’ve received the incorrect product, please contact us at natasha@riverreverie.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.
Pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives.
